This Privacy Policy explains how Graham Digital Solutions LLC ("GDS," "we," "us"), a Florida limited liability company headquartered in St. Petersburg, Florida, collects and uses information through grahamdigital.co and the Voltiq CRM platform.

Information we collect

• Information you provide — name, email, phone number, company name, and any details you submit through our forms, calls, or messages (for example, a Systems Audit request).
• Service data — if you become a client, information processed inside your Voltiq account (contacts, pipelines, messages) belongs to you; we access it only to provide and support the service.
• Technical basics — standard web logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed) used for security and performance. We do not run invasive tracking or sell advertising data.

How we use information

• To respond to inquiries and provide the services you request.
• To operate, support, and improve the Voltiq platform and our services.
• To send service communications you've consented to receive (see SMS/text messaging below).

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to run our platform (e.g., hosting, communications carriers, payment processing), or when required by law.

SMS / text messaging consent

By submitting a form with your phone number or otherwise opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Graham Digital Solutions LLC and its clients via the Voltiq platform. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Your choices

• Opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.
• Unsubscribe from emails via the link in any message.
• Request access to or deletion of your personal information by emailing corban@grahamdigital.co.

Data retention & security

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect it. Client data in Voltiq is retained per the client's service agreement; on termination, clients may export their contact data.
